I am Adekunle Adewale.   I am the Claimant in two employment tribunal claims; case number 3200656/2015 Adekunle Adewale v (1) London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, (2) Maxwell Acheampong, (3) Ruth Johnson and (4) Sharon Harrington.  And also case number 3202219/2016  Adekunle Adewale v (1) London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and (2) Sharon Harrington.  

I have published the Reserved Judgment of the first case, i.e. case number 3200656/2015. The Reserved Judgment and the Corrected Reserved Judgment of the second case were published online in 2019 at www.gov.uk and on google. I have supplied the links for all the Judgments.

I consider issues relating to Jacqui O'Brien/Jacquie O'Brien and her evidence very serious and damaging to the integrity of the British Justice. British Justice should not be about “Who are they going to believe, me or you?” I believe that British Justice should be about  fairness and transparency.
